Looking for some music

I've been watching True Blood recently and now I really want to listen to some southern type music but I need some help finding bands and such.

I'd be grateful for some YouTube videos to listen to.

This is the main theme to the show, something along those lines is what I am looking for. Slide guitars are featured in a lot of the music and some it is quite bluesy.

edit: a good example would be somebody like Sea Sick Steve, amazing blues music.
