Phil Collins is alright, but I do like his music however.
And I still consider Neil Peart to be above Bonham. I just think he knows more. They have both been playing as long as eachother though.

My favorite drummer would have to be Danny Carey. His unique beats are what put him above the good drummer such as Mike Portnoy (according to charts as well).
As for other drummers like Niel and all them, sure they're great. Just not my favorites.
