Well, you could host a server from your own computer, but it requires good internet connection and you wont be able to use your computer (if you want it up and running).

Just click the 'host' button (or w/e it's called) on the same list as the 'connect to ip' and server list' buttons in moh:aa multiplayer room

And the max amount of players you will be able to host is about 8.
