Need Help!!!!!!!!!

I am having a problem in myy mohaa when i connect to servers when i m standing at 1 place i hear sound of walking and when i m walking no sound and sometimes the other players body disappear. wht is this can any1 can fix this problem?

Reinstall and patch the game.

Wht does patch the game means i have reinstalled the game many times but same error but wht is this patch the game?
