The reason for that is because maohaa loads pk3 file in alphbetic order. Sounds silly but its true. So if you have 2 pk3 file that are supposed to do the same thing, like blood mods, and their names are user_blood.pk3 and zzz_blood.pk3 then the last one loaded(zzz_blood.pk3) would be the one that would be used by the game. Nice run on sentence, eh?
Anyway just thought id add that info.
