Question about rage
 

Hey i thought i would ask this cuz i get no answers anywhere else about it. But if im in my garage in wellspring and i have a damaged car. I cant change armor on the car when there is damage and that makes sense to me. But i can change my tires around. I notice that the damage sometimes goes up or down after i change the tires. If i continuousley keep changing them i usually can make the damage disapear. I have the 360 version. I never pay for car repairs. Does anybody know anything about this? Is this supposed to happen? :confused:
