How do I change my 360 backround theme?

Having had my Xbox 360 since the end of December, I only recently discovered my HD came with some themes on it! But... I dont know how to put them up?

Xbox guide(the xbox button in the center of your contoler). Personal options. Themes.

There are about 20 themes avable and you can make your own custom ones.

yeah and some games like Perfect Dark come with there own but you have to have PDZ special collectors editon one to get it

Thanks guys. I actually discovered it right after I asked it. I was playing Fight Night R3 and wanted to put my own music in, I was wondering how you make your own soundtrack for the game, so I was in personal settings and saw it. But thanks guys! There was a Halo one, so thats my theme right now.
