Activity, and what have you

So, there have been pretty much no new posts in ages and/or new mods in over a year...has the modding community pretty much tanked?

Actually, it is the server issues. New mods, news, polls, what have you, there has been a great deal of stuff posted this year. The problem is the server software keeping the site from being updated. Break Media has taken a look into the matter, but have not found a solution. With the current software, you fix one problem, and it breaks two others. I would suggest seeking out one of the Network Admins. They would be better able to give information on the problem.

In my case, I press F5 until the page actually updates, or until my patience runs out.

The modding community itself hasn't dropped down the drain, but it never really has been that active compared to LucasForums' Holowan Labs.

Holowan labs? I've only heard bits and pieces about them.

Also thanks for the tip about refreshing, I'm far less sad now

I know what you mean. You try to get onto the website, you see quite a bit of new content, try to download one and then "bam!" You get this: Invalid ID!!! This could mean the File you are looking for has been deleted... blablabla.. etc."

It's very frustrating, because it's obvious that there's new content being made. Come to think of it, it's 2013, KOTOR came out in 2003, so that's new content still being made for a ten year old game. Just goes to show how long mods can add to a game's lifespan.
