Again, as I posted, Conversations 1-4 are available on Taris.
Conversations 5-7 are available after you get the FIRST Star Map. If you haven't reached Conversation #5 before you get the SECOND Star Map, the quest ends.
Conversations 8-10 are available after you collect the SECOND Star Map. If you haven't reached Conversation #8 before you collect the THIRD Star Map, the quest ends.
Conversations 11-12 are available after you collect the THIRD Star Map. Again, If you did not reach conversation #11 before the FOURTH Star Map, well, quest ends. Eleven and Twelve are the ones where Bastila confesses her love for you...blah blah blah, Leviathan, Star Forge (And an optional redemption of Bastila.), and End Game. Have a Nice Day.
It would only be that that lie would become the truth of this world...
lol i didn't ahve to do the plot and igot hr ot kiss my charactor ^^ and my friend said that when she gets captured and u go through the templae and at the very top shes there in a ship well my frined said if u bring up the love etc etc etc she will go back to the light side and join u :O havn't tried yet as kotor lags major for me check my postt out in errors and c can u help =[
actually that's not true if you kiss her and don't talk to her about the kiss after she kisses you then she will she she will love you if you go to the dark side on the temple but if you reject she goes to the star forge and if you redeem her she will say she loves you.
But yeah, that's all it takes.
Just make sure you talk to her a lot and flirt with her whenever possible. Avoid insulting her, or you can screw up the whole thing. And YES you do need to complete Bastila's mother side quest if you want to romance her. This all has to be done BEFORE you're captured by the Leviathan.
Courage is in right action, and courage on behalf of those who cannot defend themselves.
You make her sound like a slut. She's not a slut in Canon. Fanfiction on the other hand... *shudders* For the last time, Revan did notrape Mission, people!

You can screw with her,her mothers quest will always show up but you must choose to offer her mother the holocron
By the way, the Star Maps have nothing to do with it. It's your level. I know this because I don't get the Star Maps. I deal with all the quests to get to the Star Map and then I leave without activating it. This way Bastila stays with me for longer. The only one where you have to trip the Map is on Korriban (unless you don't go into Naga Sadow's tomb until you've completed everything else).

That's probably the reason. You've cheated. KotOR II definitely hates me when I dare to cheat. I got trapped in Atris' base with two cutscene modules and nothing else. It could also just be a bug. I've heard that sometimes Malare doesn't show up and sometimes Helena herself vanishes. But I got all of the requirements to the quest before I even left Dantooine. In fact, Jolee is the only member of my party who isn't almost completed and that's because I haven't got him as a member yet. When I have him, I'll flick back and forth between the Ebon Hawk and Dantooine and quickly complete his dialogue.

Getting stuck in Atris' place is just a bug. You have to refuse to put down your weapons at least once, otherwise you end up with some weird cheat node that just keeps sending you back to the convo with Atris. Oddly enough, this will get you infinite LS points...but you're stuck there, so how would that even help?
