Too all the Gimp Users Hi there im new with the Gimp (2.2) and i know this question might sound (look) stupid but, anyways here it is: When you use any of the selection tools (like the fuzzy selection tool) and have marked something and edited/moved it, how do i dismark it?? I'd love some answers! Thx in advance!! -_mace_ |
Re: Too all the Gimp Users Try "deselect" from the selection menu. A shortcut is probably listed as well. I use Gimpshop, which is designed to emulate the photoshop GUI, so I can't be 100% positive. When all else fails, actually read the documentation :nodding:. |
Re: Too all the Gimp Users I have used GIMP for a while and to deselect simply click outside the image (in the grey area) |
Re: Too all the Gimp Users Personally I just click on rectangular select tool, and click anywhere. Just a quick click, as if it were an icon. Works for deselection in every image editor I've ever used. |
