Rate of fire on E-11

Hi guys,

I'm just wondering if anyone knows how to change the rate of fire...I already have pakscape and all that other stuff, i just need to know where to get the script for the Rate of fire on the E-11. I would appreciate if someone did it for me though....i want it for Single player. I would prefer the rate of fire to be like the E-11 when your in dark rage in MP. And if you can, instead of 300 ammo, I'd like it to be 999.
