Actually it is quite possible. My buddy Spyder and I played through the hoth missions together. Its not perfect as it is in SP, but it is pretty darn close, it just doesnt have the cutscenes. The cool thing is, you can walk around in the cutscenes. for example, when you see alora, she will be talking to tavion on her comlink, then, whereever you are on in the room, she faces you, and says all tha tcrap from SP and attacks you, its very fun. How does this work? Start a MP server and use devmap or map hoth2 or hoth3 to play on hoth levels, or , any other single player level. If you want a list of all the single player levels to go the thread entitled "npc spawn list and other cheats" . While this "co-op mode" isnt exactly perfect, (its missing some of the bad guys and features from SP), I do hope a mod comes out that will make it just like SP. |
