omg, people, if you want good ffa go to baseservers.
like savior, Overrated, nse, fallen.
not only do you not play constantly, but learn how to play good, considering that most base servers are the ones the 1337 players play.
*poke* *wiggle*
Just at the server select, beside where it sais game: switch it to "Jedi Academy", not "all" or "Ja+ 2.3 w/e"
JA+ servers suck in skillz and not true ffa's..
theres a few, play on some good servers..
Fully agree with you there.
ps those ips are for BASE servers not JA+ and they do have alot of skilled people on them. I know because im in dc and have been to the other 2 servers mentioned
Few more base servers:
Theres more btw and generally lamming is very little and very few people complain about it.

i have the urge to lrn how to mod just so i can create something called JA-.
every time you say the word lame (including lamer, lamed, and laming) you get slept for 2 minutes. say it a few more and u get teleported to IM world (equivelent of main demension in ja+) and cannot get out. say it again while in IM world and you get muted. attempt to say it again and you get a temp ban.

[sarcasm]That explains how I can snipe people off moving swoops with the disruptor![/sarcasm] Well, even so, I wouldn't consider myself pro, just annoyingly good at certain things. personally I prefer TFFA to FFA, and the good thing about TFFA is that you're far less likely to find servers with people just sitting around doing nothing, or dueling or something else.

well, what i was trying to say, its its not lik an, "OMG only noobs cry laming thing" cus laming is about respect, and there is a gamemode or mod for every1, its only when noob ppl run around acting dump and kicking u then running and then cry lame that ur lik, wth.... usually ppl dun lame u if they respect u, or its just lik a joking thing
p.s. mb2 is where all the real gunner/sniper skills is at

lol ya that was me. i play mb2 cause im 1337 and like a challenge. and i love the laughs i get from base noobs taht walk in. they think they can chat in the main hallway on dotf and get a proj shot in the side of the head and start whining. btw whats ur name on mb2?
and sessh, the chat was implemented for the same reasons it was implemented in other games. and in other games, u can shoot people while thier chatting and all they do is go ":-(" and keep playing. its a fighting game, and an ffa server, so im gonna fight, and do an FFA.
*slices noobs head off*
"OMFG!! LAMERZ!!!"
*i get banned*

I really have to agree with both of you guys Tanith and Echo. As a clan and team leader, i can see the difference of the servers. My clan is based on JAE, a really good mod but i think it's unknown from JA players. My clan's team, who tffas on base, has loads of people on mainly because we do pug tffas or ffa. Most ppl who come on our base servers always have that 'feeling' that they are on IM, but 3d. Then some on kills em, when they arent fighting, they come an whine at us. That really proves that JA+ has changed too many things at JKA's gameplay, much of those persons actually only katas too... and they think they are wannabes... when they kill someone, they say ''own3d or pwn3d'' lmao! But they dont even think we killed those guys 3-4 times in a row before dying to them. I really enjoy playing with real base players, such as unReal, Savior, fuse, eXplosive and much more. Those guys know the game, and it's not like JA+ playas...

I have a question for you guys, is JA+ more of a change to tactics or attitude, that's bothering you. I have just recently returned to JKA and can't find any good base servers, they all seem to be running JA+ or, they dont have anyone in them.
I was told that the in-game search function sucks, so could someone recommend a 3rd party software that can find good servers (or more, w/e) for me.
Anyway, I noticed JA+ fixed a couple problems, like the one-shot staff butterfly. That's a good thing, right?
But, then I heard someone talking about JA+'s deflection system and got really worried. Is the deflection different in JA+, and if so, how so is it different?
All I can say for sure about JA+ is that it is abused. You go to a server and get /amslept instantly, even if some admin is has "merced" himself and is shooting the crap out of everyone, then you grip kick his ass because all he has is "flame thrower", and he sleeps you for "laming the admin". Oh and Grapple and Jetpack are the worst things I can possibly think of.
Anyway, the only thing I do like about JA+ is the full force duel. I don't mind duels personally, it seems a lot of you like to constantly FFA but I like to do a little 1 on 1 since I'm pretty good at it. And its nice to do a FF duel, since in FF FFA everyone is just whoring pull, lightning, grip, and drain. And you're guy is jerking around like a retard from all the force.

When you are on the Server list page, theres a 'Game' Option, put it to Jedi Academy, you will see them, or just use Xfire and search them.
