Server settings
 

I was reading some posts on valve's forums the other day and found this: http://www.steampowered.com/forums/s...1&pagenumber=1
now I know it has nothing to do with JKA, but my question is are there server cvars or whatever for jka like there r for hl servers. Changing these settings helped for my server when I run 1 for CS, but I want to see if its possible to get results like I did on there for jka.

For those types of cmds....the best mod to use is JA+ Mod. You can download the latest version straight from the man himself http://japlus.fragism.com

After you have installed the mod to your JKA directory, Open the GameData/japlus folder.

Open the server.cfg file in notepad. Edit the settings use wish to use and such then resave it (make sure it has the same file extension). Replace old cfg with this new one and restart your server. The cfg is pretty self-explanatory, but if you need more help, in the japlus folder there is a folder for admins cmds...that folder also contains readmes for the mod. Simply read the main readme and the admin cmds, edit the cfg, and restart the server and your set. I presume you host it at home...so it should be np. If it is remote hosted, you will need to have some sort of rcon access for the server or have the server host send the cmdline cmd through to restart your server. Hope this helped.
