Dual Sabers with Single Saber Stances
 

I was playing JK3 a few days ago and i met a guy that used Dual Sabers and when he would put 1 saber away, he could use the other as if it was a Single Saber with all the single saber stances. I would like to know if anyone knows where to get the mod if it is or how to do it if you need the command prompt.. the only thing he told me is that you need to type something in the cmd prompt and download something but he wouldnt say more...Plz someone help...:uhm:

There isn't a way for you to do that. When you put one away all you can use is the light/fast stance.

Not exactly sure tbh. It may be something that was configured in the servers .sab file. You can do tons of stuff to the sabers just by modding those files, this wouldn't surprise me but I don't think this is how he did it. It may have been a server mod.

#2 He had 4 stances? The 3 single & the dual or staff stance?

It was not his server and yes 3 single stance when he put 1 lightsaber away. The guys nick is Fortune....

I don't think the .sab files are that extensive but if they are, it wouldn't surprise me. Whether it was or wasn't, that's a server side change so the guy more than likely knew the server admin. It's the only way he could have known that it was there.

Perhaps it's a cheat code, was cheating on? If it was on, it would have stated so in all caps on the loading screen.

It is possible that it is a game bug but that is one hell of a bug & I don't think that is the case. It's too big of a thing for people to keep quite about.

JA+ mod allows you to change between the different sabers without having to respawn.

the cmd is /saber <name> [name]

e.g.

SINGLE
/saber single
DUAL
/saber single single
STAFF
/saber dual_1

so, he could have be using dual, turned 1 saber off, then switched to single.
