Health Problem in GMod

Well...I have modded my Garry's Mod (9) to know end, I've taken stuff from other mods and put them in, I've changed the color of the hud, and alot of other stuff. But for some reason, when I get shoot, I don't lose health. I lose health when I fall or get hit by zombies, but not when I'm shot.
Little Help please?
