Missing titles

I've noticed that the chapter titles for each section of the game are not displayed on my computer. I've seen em displayed on my friend's. Also, many single player maps that have, say, announcements of impending doom and the like, well it doesn't display that either. In particular for the SP maps, the new NOAMZ WF map, no kill counter, though the screenshots show it.

Anybody know if I'm just crazy? Anybody know how to fix it?
