Switching teams in HL2 Deathmatch?

Does anyone know if it's possible to switch teams/choose a team in Half-Life2 Deathmatch? I know you can in CS:Source, but I can't figure out how in HL2 DM.

just choose rebel or combine skin =)

There's a reason it's called Deathmatch. You're on your own with no teams.

There's also a Team-Deathmatch mode...
