Sound messed up in CS

Hi all I am new to the forums.

I have a problem with my counterstike. since last night I Can hear everyone elses (gunfire, running) but everything else is at a VERY low volume. Voice comm., the voice messages, my gun fire, my running.

Yesterday I installed the 3rd party paint ball game did that mess my config up? or is it another problem please help, I can't go on playing not beng able to hear the beautiful sound of my M4a1
