Whats the best mod that ever played for half life 2

I haven't tried many new mods recently, but I liked Goldeneye Source very much. It is too early version though. It's nice to play those old maps from Nintendo 64.

Other than that there are many excellent singleplayer mods. Battlegrounds is pretty good, gets pretty repetative easily though. CTF is very nice also but it hasn't too much new atleast.

Art of Ascension because I always liked RPG's and their progressive system but hated the combat etc, and love the combat and interface system of an fps. This mod combines the two, but a lot of noobs come in and didn't read the guide to see what theyre doing, get owned, and quit which is why if your going to play read the damned command guide.
