Rig Animations

I want to add animations to this skin:

FPSBANANA > Skins > HL2 > Pistol > Millenia's glock fixed

I want to add Dr. Zoidburg's Famous Pistol Anims to it

How do I do it?

P.S: How do I also make it eject shells?
