vice decryption program
 
I posted a little while ago in the CS:S forum, but no responses. Does anyone know how to use Vice? I saw the Valve Developer site, but I'm still at a loss. What I'm trying to do is read the weapon_<name>.ctx files in the GCF for CounterStrike:Source. Any help would be appreciated.
