R4 ds

My friend had told me to get an R4 for the ds. it seems like a pretty good deal... has anyone had any experience with it and if you have how is it?

Wll, it is illeagel but if you are willing to take the risk, then go ahead. It is basically a media player but many people use it for emulators. I was once forced to buy one but then i saw the person get arrested right infront of my eyes.

It basically plays media and it can also play DS games, not demos but the actual games. It is worth the price as imagine spending money on loads of games.

If you don't want to get caught with one, do what my frienddid:

It is a media player, so use it as one. Just store music, videos, pictures etc. and not games, then you'll be safe.

WHere did you see someone get caught with an R4. They cannot search you without probable cause or a warrant. By then you coudla ditched the card. I call bullshit

The R4 works flawlessly for what it does. Gameeyeaah has it for around 35$ with free shipping!

You cannot sell them in a store. It is not illegal to have one is what I am saying

it's not illegal to buy it, just illegal to download games that you don't own.
besides, how did you see a person get arrested? how did you know why he was arrested? You just happened to be there, watching him, until he got arrested....hmmm seems like a fib to me.

technically OWNING one is NOT illigeal what you do with it maybe like Emulators arent but getting roms illigaly is

I actually do use it for homebrews and media but i wouldn't go for the roms.
