I Tried This Mod, See...
 
Regardless of whether or not this is a simple problem, I have no idea how to solve it. The problem is as follows:
I use HMT to mod the Halo Trial. When I try to replace the assault rifle model (both 3rd person and fp) with the ball model, I get an exception. How might I be able to change out the assault rifle's animations and models for the game ball's animations and models - and still use the game ball as an AR.
I am aware that this is a rather odd request, but frankly I only tried it in passing, got an exception, and I want to know what the problem is.

I'm not 100% sure what you mean, but try using HHT and swap the model dependency on the Assault Rifle.

Okay, I will. I was really just wondering if there was a way to do that without downloading something new. Thanks though. =D

So I tried it... And it didn't work.
The problem lies in the WRONG BITMAP FILE message and Invalid Map File messages. It's because I'm using the Halo Trial, I presume.

Did you sparkify the map?
