Oh please. I believe Bungie would take amusement at our discussions. As for Bill Gates, if he saw my finished version of Halo : the Forerunner Chronicles he would chainsaw me into four separate pieces. How's that for comfort?

I'm sorry, I just thought that as you referred to yourself as a Halo modder, you would mod Halo, not dabble in C++ and Torque.

Thanks, I suppose I can be the guest of honor of some sort on beta night.
Okay, look, I don't support your project in any way, but if you somehow make this nonsense possible, you'd be the first person ever to do an engine swap for Halo(that's precisely why I think it's impossible...). Call me a skeptic, call me an asshole, call me whatever you want, but I stand adamant in my position. If this does work, don't expect a written apology from me mailed to your doorstep. That's not the kind of thing I do. The best reward you'd be getting from me would be the satisfaction that you nailed me, and I'd respect that.
With that worked out, let me think, what's the old saying, "PICS NAO OR GTFO!"

All right, Carto. I will take the time to create "regular Halo Mods" using the HEK and other noobic tools that require no programming and I will show what I can do with those. How's that? It may take me a while, since I'm working on this Forerunner project at least 10 hours a week. I really don't feel like proving my basic modding skills to you but I will anyway. It will give me a chance to become familiar with the tools provided, although I will probably sigh at least five times at the poorly debugged device drivers of the programs, but so be it.

If you're windering why you weren't mentioned in that last post, doompig, it seems quite apparent that you and I have said enough and time will be the only determination.

I believe my post was fair enough, and not TOO biased =).
Since you're working on this TEN HOURS A WEEK, you must have some progress by now. Sold the bike shop yet?

Sometimes simplicity is the better option.
Also, I'd really love what MS/Bungie would have to say on the subject of you creating a Forerunner biped.

They would probably say something like "MS/Bungie has had nor do we endorse the creation and/or development." *Gets out of legal mode*

All my progress is stored safely on my hard drive just in case. (if you don;t understand READ my last post on The Forerunner Project!)
As for MS and Bungie's response, I personally believe it would be somewhere along the lines of a swift kick to the head.
Peace and long life.
