Q1: I know it's been asked a million times, but how do I add ghosts/scorpions to Blood Gulch?
Q2: I've seen this done before, and it's pretty cool. How do I start the red team's flag at the blue team's base, and the blue team's flag at the red team's base?
Q3: How do I enable infinite ammo/grenades?
Q4: How do I add something like a platform (done in Battlebase Mod and a few others)?
Thank you all very much in advance for answering these questions!
A1. Ive answered it a million times too. Open up the bloodgulch.map in HMT, and look for three dropdownboxes that read [weap[v] [unit[v] [obje[v] or something like that, after you select the scorpion and ghost vehicle tags. Just swap 'weap' for 'scen'. And check in game to see if it works.
A2. Uhh.. I dont really know. Actually, its been a long time I've modded Halo Trial, so, umm..
A3. You need the 64 plugins set. Search for it, its at halofiles perhaps. Open up all the weapon tags [weap], and find in each one, under 'Triggers', a value called "Rounds per shot" Change that value to 0. You have a gun that never has to reload or use any rounds.(except plasma weapons XD) To make it need to reload but infin. ammo, change the value called "Rounds Total Max"(under Magazines part) and "Rounds Total Initial" to something very high(>9999 causes exception, i think.) A lot of rounds.
A4. In Sparkedit, you have to find a long log. It was called 'dead_log' or something. If you cant find the log in the scenery, select something and search the dropdown box for the log(trial and error). Use it to make stuff like bridges. Takes too much time. Search for something on the Web called a flat log model and collision model. That is better. But dont overuse logs, they lag games a lot. And make them and their teleporters in a secret place or new players may find themselves stuck.

I get 'vehi' 'unit' and 'obje', not 'weap', 'unit', and 'obje', so I tried every combination of 'weap', 'scen', 'vehi', 'obje' and 'unit', and still nothing.

I get "Error while trying to update and write structure."

I've decided to just forget about this whole thing anyways.

It seemed to simple... I did that, the game starts up to the point right after the "Loading Map Blood Gulch" and says "Capture the Flag" or "Slayer", but never really loads map, or even lets me preview map.
So, are all these just fixible coincidences, or am I just not meant to mod?
