Dev mode?? how do i get into dev mode in CE?

how do i get into "Dev Mode" in halo CE?? i want to take a fixed camera movie, with the "load_save-camera then Loade_saved camera" or whatever it is. i do know it. i just don't know how to get into dev mode! help thnx.

Right-click the Halo CE shortcut on your desktop and look at the "Target:" line. It should look something like "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo Custom Edition\haloce.exe"

Add the parameters -console and -devmode to that, OUTSIDE the quote marks, so it looks like "...haloce.exe" -console -devmode

Save that and run CE. You'll be able to open the console in-game now with the ~ key (left of number 1 in the top row)
