Halo 3 expectations

I also hope this is the last Halo. Maybe MC will reveal his face finally too! Also, if MC dies I will be pissed. Watch they will have some kind of heroic shit that he does and he will dive in front of someone to save them from a bullet or something will go wrong and they will have to blow up somethng and the only way will be to have someone (MC) kill themselves to do it.

I dont think Halo 3 is anywhere in the near future, maybe 2007 or 08, because don't think that their "new project" that they keep taking about is Halo 3. Bungie need to make other titles, something that wont ruin their reputation. and has to be something that hasn't be done before. Perhaps something like Ghost Recon 3 as the battle will be fought entirly in mexico city set in the year 2013.(at the moment in really into Ghost Recon 2 and Summit Strike games)

The whole campaign sucked on Halo 2. In fact it sucked so much Halo isnt even the xbox franchise now.. Splinter Cells are.
I don't see how bungie is going to leave another cliff hanger seeing as Halo 2's storyline ended at what seemed to be a climax

Bleh, are you kidding? Halo will always be in the franchise, they just need to get a good movie production, Halo 3 completed, finish the story, anmd release Halo 2 PC, then, we're all good.

I was looking at some xbox 360 stuff over at www.xbox360news.com when i came across some stuff on Halo 3. It seems that even though the game hasn't be annouced yet, you can pre-order it from your game retailer now. The article says they expect Halo 3 to be annouced at the CES 2006 in Las Vegas.

I saw a pre-sale banner at my local mall for Halo 3. Why are they selling a game that has no been announced yet?

Why would they unveil a game at CES? That is for stuff like TV's, micowaves, and A/V euipment, not for games. The console people pulled out of CES and make E3 in 1995, why would they go back?
