Sorry about my attack, themanclaw, let me explain:

What I am saying is: There is a 50-50% chance that the portal gun will be put in EP2. As for the heavy metal part, it was a joke, but it had a point:
If you only play a game, to do nothing, its as if you are just listening to heavy metal, which is comletly random junk. But, if you play the game to have a lot of fun, and experience the game itself, its as if you are listening to Bach. I wasn't actualy saying you listen to heavy metal, themanclaw, what I said was symbolic. I hope I didn't make my self sound like a total jerk. Anyway, lets just wait for valve to make their decision.

OK, thank you for explaining that because I'm not actually talking you in person so its more difficult to tell when your joking. But where you you draw the conclusions that it will be 50-50%.

That's quite an interesting concept, it makes gaming seem more classy. I like that quote.

Well i remember seeing some interview with Gabe (I cant remember the site sorry) and he said he'd like to do Prospero. So prehaps they are working with it right now and might ship it with ep3? Prospero was talked about in VALVe's book Raising the Bar.

I really didnt read through this so forgive me if someone else already said this but I believe we will see 1 of 3 possible things in EP3. Either We'll see Chell, GLaDOS, or the Portal Gun (Maybe WCC lol). And I only say this because you have to look at when Portal was released. Why would VALVe introduce use to these characters right before the release of EP3? Of course Aperture Science is mentioned in EP2, but they could have easily introduced AS in that chapter. But they went a step further and showed us those 3 things. So after they've introduced them, and you've had a chance to play with them, one of them has to be in EP3. I personally would like to see GLaDOS come back. The song "Still Alive" was maybe a hint that you will see GLaDOS again. Creeeeeepy.

Then when the citidel exploads in ep1.
Then you get killed by a stride cannon but realy not die.
Then the portal storm that destroys the bridge but u on bridge.

Half of that you could do with cheats. But yes, we all want a good Gordon Freeman model. Oh, and I though the new blood effects were really good in Ep2.
