You are right about having to swim underwater. You might have to update the driver on your video card. Its too bad they didn't give any specs on "the box". I had to actually uninstall the current device, download the new driver and reinstall the device. I have a pretty old 256MB ATI Raedon X600 and it works fine. Now about the game...I am at White Forest. I've taken down 6 striders with sticky bombs and 4 more are on the way. Too many damn hunters...help!

I didn't have any problem with the swimming spots but that propeller you're talking about was a chore to get past. Maybe it's supposed to be scripted to stop with the missing blade at the bottom every time after unjamming it but it certainly didn't work that way for me.

Luckily I had saved before jumping down to the vent. After numerous tries I finally got through it, though the gap wasn't quite at the bottom. The second time I played it the gap finally lined up at the bottom on the first try.

What do you think, what is your Gravity Gun for? :)

Crouch, hit the propellers from below and you can turn it, so the hole will be aligned properly.

Hmmm, thought I tried that. I seem to recall using the primary fire with the GG anyway. Were you "grabbing" the propeller to align it or zapping it with the primary fire. I got frsutrated at the point I finally resorted to whacking it with the good old crowbar, which of course didn't work either.

just zap it with primary fire - it turns ok....
