And according to the expansion (Aftermath) Alyx wasn't killed in that explosion. And neither was Dog. I'm not sure of the other characters because it doesn't include them in the teaser so...I dunno.

Another disappointing ending... CAUTION: Spoilers ahead!

Spoiler:
OK, at least Breen dies. I got tired of his voice echoing thru the streets constantly after just the first chapter.

But c'mon, why'd they have to kill Alyx, Eli, and the others, too? I never beat HL1 (just got it with HL2:GOTY) so I don't know if it's ending was just as depressing, but this is worse than Halo 2's ending!!!

Or are Alyx and the others really dead? Was that explosion really as big as Breen was leading you to believe it was?


Meh, dissapointing, but intriguing nonetheless! There better be a Half-Life 3, so I can thrash a few more Combine twits with my grav gun!

well, there WILL be a HL3, they have been working on it, as well as Lost Coast and Aftermath
