Nova Prospekt - Electrocuted Alien..What is he? Hi, One part of the Nova Prospekt leve shows a dead (i think) alien behind a force field sitting in a chair getting electrocuted. Is this alien a Vortigaunt or something else? GB |

Re: Nova Prospekt - Electrocuted Alien..What is he? In HL2, the Vortigaunt is the creature which allies with humanity to resist the Combine. During the game, one of them helps you to learn how to use the bugbait weapon. Here is a picture of the creature in question. http://www.dna-alaska.com/pics/d2_prison_030004a.jpg I was stumped for second, but a closer look reveals his eye (closed) and mouth http://www.dna-alaska.com/pics/d2_prison_030004b.jpg We know from conversation with Alyx that occasionally Vortigunts are taken to Nova Prospekt. Its because of this, the hive mentality all Vortigunts share, that the resistance knows what is going on inside the joint. (which is all bad) So it should be of no surprise that we encounter one inside. |
