stuck in the prison when you have to set up the turrets and wait for alex.

I've tried setting back up the guns and going for head shots.just can't get it .it there a spot where I should set the guns up. please .please help

Hide in one of the prison cells, and head shot anyone that comes infront of it(with a shot gun). Set up the turrets infront of you Its one of the closest fights I had in a game.

I had a hard time here too. What eventually worked for me was leaving the turrets alone at first, running and grabbing all the boxes and barrels and barricading off one side of the center room with the ammo crate, then going back for the turrets and putting them inside the ammo room with you.

Point two at the open doorway and one at the box/barrel wall you built and cower in the corner like a frightened schoolgirl.

The combine cant seem to deal with the wall you built but the manhacks will cut through the top. Take them out with the shotgun from your corner position where your hiding like a frightened schoolgirl.

The combine will attack from the open side where your 2 turrets will mow them down. Only once have I had to stand a turret back up. If you wall is breached youve got the 3rd gun there to back you up so you can remain in the corner like a frightened schoolgirl.

Yes, I forgat to mention that you have to hide like a frightened little schoolgirl(Good point). There is another level with turrets, and Alex coming "to your rescue"( too late) Very frantic


You can do it my way, just run out to get more health once you are low. But above example works as well.

Try setting up the turrets where it is against a wall. It makes it much harder for the combine to shoot it down if there is a wall there supporting it. Other than that, just hide with a shotgun.....

I have ways, and they're even easier than hiding behind turrets. I only got hit a couple of times.

Before touching any turrets i piled the crates like a staircase up to the empy balcony section in the 2nd floor.Then I set 1 turret in each empty cell, and the third next to the ammo crate. I bolted up the stcked crates and chilled while the combine invaded, braining them with magnums occasionally and lobbing a few grenades. This is the easiest way to win, plus it's quicker because only 3 waves of soldiers came before Alyx arrived, not about 6 or 7.
