APOK YOU AN ME ARE LIKE THE SAME PERSON! SCARY!
Yeah, what he said.
I have faith in Valve, but this could be the beginning of their end if they eventually cut HL2 from production.
Is it even STILL underproduction? For some reason, a part of me says they are keeping from us to make us wait just a little longer so they can gain a little more profit.
What's your take?

Well it certainly wouldn't suprise me, I don't really trust any of them

FBI Mounts Raid In Half Life 2 Code Investigation Thursday, January 22, 2004 | Posted by: Andy Hodges 2 comments
As HL Radio reported live on the air last Tuesday, Valve Software did confirm with them that the FBI stories were real. Here's an update on what we know so far:
quote:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- The FBI launched a raid on the residence of programmer Chris Toshok, confiscating various items of hardware and software. Toshok was also questioned regarding his association with Hungry Programmers, his ex-house mates.
- The raid is part of a wider investigation into the hacking of Valve Software's computer system and the theft of, and subsequent posting onto the internet of, their in-development HL 2 game code, in particular the physics engine.
- HL 2 is one of the most anticipated pc games for some time, taking 5 years to develop and due for release in April. It follows in the wake of the original game which won many awards for various aspects of its gameplay.

Ok, well I heard that someone said it was going to be released in May? This was posted the 22nd of Jan. What's going on here...?
I sure hope that isn't true, but after all the delays so far, it's very possible. Why can't they just make game developing similare to construction such as, if the developers go over the due date for the game, the producers start charging them every day its late, I'm sure everyone would have worked a lot harder had it been this way.
Its actually boxed and on sale in russia.
I've already emailed valve about it, but theres some semi-complete levels in it.
Very few of the game sounds are.
The E3 stuff from the videos is there in a basic form.
but lacks most of the AI.
So Valve werent lieing about the theft.
This extra delay however is sad to see if its true.
I hate Haxors
