Half-Life console tutorial....

So, where can i learn some commands for the Half-Life console. Anybody know a place with an article for that kind of stuff?

Also, I think http://i.am/half-life has a FULL list of commands.

For TFC here are some things I couldn't find anywhere (they may work in HL too):

%h - shows your health
%a - shows your armour
%i - shows the name of the last person you have targeted

ie: say_team I have %h health and %a armour.
