If you have windows xp/vista 32 bit:
Navigate to C:\WINDOWS\system32
And delete the files: d3d10.dll , d3dx10_33.dll , d3dx10d_33.dll , Nucleus.dll , d3dx10.dll , d3dx10d.dll , dxgi.dll If you're on xp/vista 64 bit:
Navigate to C:\WINDOWS\SysWOW64
Delete the same files above in red.
