i don't think i've been into the IGI server for some time....but when i get home tonight, i'll d/l ASE and see if the problem persists (switching to windows while in the game menu will show me if i have 2 consoles open, right?)

CTRL+Shift+Escape will bring up a task list with two RTCW.exes in the list.

I think you'll end up downloading the ww patches again.
