When I log in instead of transmission completed, there is a message saying NO USER RECORD?.Does anyone else have this problem?. and when I enter a server I get all these weid messages. One time it said authorization complete and then it kicked me out, another time it said Failed Authorization : COmmunication Error: check the release notes for additional information. . When I first installed the patch today i was playing fine, then I went to medic training and I got a timed out message, and after that I started gettinng all of thes problems.
First of all, the No User Record error is caused by lots of people trying to log in at once. Three steps to get rid of it: 1. Make sure that you have an account and your password and name are entered correctly. 2.Try waiting a few minutes for the swell of people logging in to calm down and try to log in again. 3. Try uninstalling AA and doing a clean full install of 1.9.
For the "Failed authorization" thing, the server is not authorized. That means that the person who runs it hasn't gotten it authorized by America's Army. So basically, you can't play on it until it gets authed. Just go on official ones! Another few tips: 1. Try using the "EDIT" button instead of double-posting. It pisses people off and sometimes is considered as spamming. 2. Post these kinds of posts in the "Problems, Help and others" section of the forum. If you don't, a moderator will.
i got the no user record found too... iread a post that said do not worry.. they are updateing servers and once they get back on track your info will resurface .. if my 36 honor doesnt get restored my bf1942 will get re installed.. honor is the only thing that seperates this game from others...if i lose my hard earned points .. ooooohh i dont even wanna think about starting from 10

It's a great game, I wouldn't leave just because there are a few bugs. You must understand, this game is not like other games. Other games are finished 6-7 months before they are released, during which after the "finished" date, they have 6-7 months to beta test to polish it up and remove as many bugs as they can. With AA, the developers can't release a patch every 2 years, so they are rushed to finish it, and beta test it for about 1-3 weeks. These are totally different things, and as you may notice with other multi-player games, they may only get updated once or twice in their short life. AA is constantly being updated, and be advised that it's very inexspensive, only about 3 cents for taxpayers, and it's free to players under 18.
