Help!!!

I tried every possilble way i can't beat the training level were u have to jump out of the airplane(lol) I tried maybe because of my crappy video card(when shotting smoke apperas as boxes) I don't know can someone tell me the steps

Oh yeah and whats the level with defend post aid workers as one of the objectives.

Ok... The mission where you have to defend the rescue aid workers is Radio Tower. And to complete the Jump Mission... You have to hit the circle on the ground(has green smoke)... What I did was aim a little to the left at the start of your jump.. As soon as you jump and see your hands grab the straps press forward(while looking down so that you can see the circle w/green smoke). Then, when your close to the smoke you want to do a short flair(default key is E) and then when you get closer to the ground flair like mad. Thats how I did it.. I cant do anything other than give you those hints....
