Tips For Dev Team!!!

I have some idea's for improving AA:O...

How bout the dev team consider giving the snipers ghillie suits, not on all but on certain maps and an mp5 submachine gun, for self-defense in CQC ? An AK47 has an relatively easy job doing off with a sniper in close quarters.

Rocket proppelled grenades are also a consideration.

The game also need combat medics. I mean...when u run off a ledge the medic could heal u if u are yellow...and if u where red restore you to yellow...so u dont become such a sitting target.

How about givving the squad/team leader a side arm...
(Beretta Model 92 i think is the army issue).

On the vehicles: A good place to start i would guess might be the Hummer's, they are the infantry men's first mode of transportation...except walking into battle that is...

On Air support : I thought about the air scenario tough... But it might be cool if u where airlifted into battle on Radio Tower with a Blackhawk, then it would provide cover fire against vehicles and personell as team moved into area. Opfor could have a Hind and some BMP's protecting enemy positions..

I guess Helicopters would mean one had to expand maps for manouvers.

helicopter aint a good idea because if it keeps repeating it will get boring medic i dunno if soldiers want to be medics

Some nice ideas!!! Not to mention.........unrealistic!!!
Helicopters = no-no
Medics = Next patch
Sidearms (berreta) = Don't even THINK about it! :D

You should be careful who you mouth off to. You might find yourself unable to access the forums in the future.
BTW the dev team doesn't read these forums, so your suggestions for them are kinda falling on deaf ears.

By the way this post accidentally found the wrong crowd...i have posted it to the announcement of posting ideas in General Yib-Yab (Off Topic) where it was supposed to be.

Devs have already said NO pistols, so I don't know why everyone want'em. Besides, if you came face-to-face to a guy with an M-16 and all you have is a glock, who do you think will realistically win?
Helecopters are unrealistic... for the time being. I doubt they'll have aircraft (let alone ones as complicated as helos!) before they add vehicles like hummers or tanks.
Don't need to get mad at azzkicker. He just needs to work on his communication skills. :D

hey xeno, that wasn't nice closing the thread as I replied to it :) all that typing gone to waste ahh well.

just a few things to say on this topic, Hey I wanna be a medic appeals to my peaceful nature.

The dev team rock!! they do a good job have tons of ideas and are working hard to ensure we have a summer of good patches making this game better and better.

Ont he subject fo sniping (it was in the closed thread) The squad leader and sniper team leader give the sniper a boost to their accuracy so it would make sense for them to act as a spotter in the current game.

DoA....Everyone is entitled to their opinions but what i posted was just plain FACTS! NOT my opinion!!! :D
Also, do be careful what u post! I'm not that sensitive or whatver and don't really mind ur opinions of me but others may just go to the "BAN" button! We don't want that ... do we??? ;)
