I agree that votekicking has gone too far. Several times I have seen someone start a votekick on a player "Just to get them moving" On the othar hand, some people just dont listen to others, stupid people taking sniper into valley on Mountain_pass, people c@mping on assault on almost all maps, etc. I still believe they should add a "Reason 5 - player is too stupid to work with his team" to the list. I do like your idea of cheatkick though, would make a nice tool to use.
A different idea is to have newbie servers, regular servers, and advanced servers, labeled as so, so people know if they go into an advanced server they will get whooped, but if it is their first time on the map they can try the newbie server.
On a side note, I too have sniped running people from def hill, and I am very good at it. But then I have also watched someone never miss with the sniper rifle from assault, and his first shot always killed the ass sniper. The sniper rifle is the hardest to tell whether someone is cheating or not with, simply because of its low rate of fire.
BTW, Ive played with Raven before, and he is as good a sniper as he says.

i play almost every night, i have never seen a cheater. just me?
i have gotten my butt kicked plenty, it just looks like skill/luck to me.
if you are a n00b and need practice, look for any of the (AKA) clan servers. we keep them at min 7 max 12 honor for now.
we are all skilled players, but have only been on AA for a very short time. we are a stubborn group who finally all agreed to play the same game at the same time...
i try not to votekick until someone says "why".
keep playing, the intelligent players will stay and the poor players will be weeded out.

I know there are some inocent people but I have seen someone with a m16 shoting from under defence tower through smoke only to hit me barly peeking out from behind car. oh and just to make sure u dont think i was just a sore loser it was 1 shot confirmend by others too. Luckily we were able to votekick him. I have seen no one be kicked by an admin. there should be more reasons for votekick too.
last night we had a cheater...[SMG]Gunstar. everytime you peeked out, you got shot to the head by tracers. we tested it all out before we got an admin and figured that he was busted back to 7 honor (where he was) because of cheating. a few of us used AAIRC to get admin, come back in and someone told him that we got an admin...so he left. needless to say we were all mad...
That's an obvious case that someone was cheating...even an admin can see that...the thing that chaps my tail end is that when you do get the dreaded email...there's no reference of when or where...In real life you are innocent until proven guilty...here...you are just guilty...end of story. It's to the point that if I am sniper and make a questionable snipe...I take a screen shot...even though that won't help...still the thought is there. I sure hope this Salem Witch hunt for cheaters ends soon...I'm losing interest in a great game that I enjoyed playing at one time. AAO needs to do something...There's many others like me.
Just wanted to come in on your thread and leave a note to you TX. I know exactly what you all are talking about, pertaining to the multiple kills. I am a regular on the Pipeline servers, and if any of you have seen me on there, you would know I love Defense. I average about 14 kills per 7 rounds on there due to playing so well and knowing when and where I can slip through them to flank. In fact, I own my highest amount of kills on the Pipeline Defense for 7 rounds, which is 26. I have never cheated in an online game, nor do I plan to. I lucked out. I didn't get the misled Cheater Email, I got banned for Language. How's that for a reason? Oh, and for Language, you don't even get the luxury of an email. You just try to sign on the next day and you get the sorry excuse for a message saying "Sorry, This account has been banned from this server." What a way to treat someone who is ranked in the low 2,000's out of the 150,000 Official Server players. Can anyone catch a break on this game?

Man, all I play is FLS or Bridge and I only use the saw. A few months back, I lost my account which was under the same name, peeping_tom55 because it went idle. Now, im back into aao and have become decent with the saw. I can now basicaly counteract the recoil if i crouch and had 14 kills on defense on fls today. I was accused by cheating by everybody on assault i killed. Geez, considering that d only uses 1 weapon, it can be expected that some of us get used to it real fast....
it comes down to this you all can thank aimbot cheats like evilhack for all this crap its the people that make these game killin programs that you all need to point the finger at the devs didnt make aimbots so crap on the cause of all this banning and fingerpointing thanks you aimbot losers
