I found another good Max Payne mod with a lot gore. It's called Kanta and the 1.5 version can be downloaded here . There are several hand weapons from a battleaxe to a sythe to a chainsaw to an impaled human head. Several weapons cut off the people's head that you can hit people with. The ingrams are replaced with sawed-off Colt Commandos, and the M79 can blow people to pieces. It is very "fun."
