Payne bugs out during Part 1 chapter 7 help
 

Ok got to chapter 7 (police brutality) of part 1. Well after the stairs act and the guys are all dead I went outside to a basketball court and the guy that is bleeding like a broken bottle of hot sauce (I can't remember his name) is stuck behind a chain-link door and shooting him doesn't do anything. if you go through the door that he is stuck behind and start up the stairs the game crashes while the service elevator is doing it's ride up. I patched to v1.01 but it didn't fix the problem. Any ideas and help would be great.
