TO THE MP DEVELOPERS AND GAMERS if you wanna have the patch to record your bullet time moves and fantastic cinematic effect divings please reply to this message! maybe we can persuade Remedy to make one :-) that would be great. maybe the feature to export ones moves as an video file or such a thing or just the in-game-feature to watch to other player movements. folks, that would be so fantastic... |
im with u on that one |
COUNT ME IN!!!!!! |
i r in kthx |
This would definetely be a great feature. I use the Demorecord feature of Unreal Tournament quite a bit. Really cool to have a movie of some absolutely amazing shots. |
I am in. |
i agree |
count me in!!! when the game was not out i was hopping for a feature like that |
come on! reply. we need many many postings here! i am convinced that we can persuade remedy for builting in such a feature!!! http://www.veforums.com/smile.gif |
yep |
Yeah I agree, but it has to be replay, not demo recording cos for most of MP, you don't know when your best bits r coming up. It must have existed once, look at the intro movie, that's just taken from in-game... In sum, COUNT ME IN |
Count me in too, that **** would rock!!! Hope this persuades em! ------------------ Moo goes the cow, Mee-ow goes the cat, hear comes Grandpa in his big green hat! Omg, how gay was that! No, it wasnt gay, it was phat! What a wigger, is your name Pat? Shutup, or I will give you a slap! Go ahead, and see if I drip any sap! Ohhhh, thats it bitch, im gonna put ya mom's monkey in my lap! |
O-yeah. Make it happen. Some of my stunts would have you *quote* kissing my feet */quote* UNREBORN |
That would be cool, but I doubt it will happen guys, sorry. Maybe in MP2. |
that would be awesome!!! |
*bring this topic up* |
*just want to bring this topic up* hey guys, please reply... |
I'm in |
IM IN |
If it's technically possible to include such a feature in a patch, then GO BACK TO WORKS, guys http://www.veforums.com/smile.gif |
Count me in , that would rock. |
count me in.. it could be like halflife.. record a demo! and dont make the screen shots save in .tga mode.. ****er |
Yes, with U there. Film-Director mode where are you?? C ------------------ The game doesn't suck.. It blows! |
I think you will find its already in the game my friends, I've not spent time looking for it, but get the game into developer mode (read the 'README') and have a play with the console. http://www.veforums.com/smile.gif http://www.veforums.com/smile.gif ------------------ Killa-Kyle |
hey guys, come on! help us out http://www.veforums.com/wink.gif |
I agree....If it's already in there, would the MP Team be kind enough to let us know how to use it? Some friends and I were talking about this just last night...Sometimes you pull off some fairly incredible-looking stunts and it would be nice to be able to show them off or compile them all...Maybe binding a "record" key, perhaps, after you've beaten the game once, and will know where the baddies are so you'd know when to get ready to use it....Just a thought. |
That would be SECOND coolest feature implemented in a computer game - next to Bullet Time! I'M WITH YOU ON THIS ONE |
*bring this topic up again....* |
wazaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa |
i am showing support of this or something... if it recorded all the time (like a replay feature) i would imagine it would slow down the game like mad for those of us on ****ty computers. it'd be worth it though http://www.veforums.com/wink.gif |
|
Amen. |
i remember reading on this forum earlier that they recorded the intro and the other videos of max payne that came out b4 its release at e3 and such with a tv monitor plugged in thru the multi monitor deely (thats as detailed as a description as i can offer) this is obviously not easy, so im sure remedy must have tried to make an easier way to record demos. obviously they fauled, gave up, and went with the hard way. that blows for us, huh? maybe if you think you can out program remedy, look for the file named console (you have to be a modder to even know where to look. its in the rasmaker thing) and program it yourself http://www.veforums.com/smile.gif. |
it can not be THAT BIG problem to create such a feature 'cause if you wanna save a great movement it already happened and therefore it is in the system memory... one way would be that you implant a 'record' key and a stop key... so the animation frames could be easily watch again and the videoplayer is the engine itself. please correct me if i am wrong but i think there is a suitable solution http://www.veforums.com/smile.gif |
what you could do is record then when done recordinging it would pause the game so you can watch it with a free moving camera that you control and can speed up or slow down the replay like with the developer mode camera and then it could save itas a movie file(mpeg bink rm) recorded from the camera and for those with the crapy computers(like me) it will take the time it needs to record it at 40 fps even with your dual ingrams! HELL YEA!!! ------------------ "Sure Thing, Jim. Me and the boys been talking, and we're all real sorry. They'll never do it again. http://www.geocities.com/die4ever2001/ |
Yeah, I've been harping on this for a while in a couple of posts. Screw the game, I just wanna make something like the way-cool intro movie. |
Not gonna happen. It has to be built into the engine. A while back, they said that they toyed with the idea, but dropped it to focus on other things. |
Bump! |
that would be great |
