Action/Adventure TC's ala Deus Ex
 

Does any experienced modder out there think it would be possible to create the style of gameplay seen in Deus Ex with Max Payne (ie, walk around having convo's with various people, different responses at different times etc). Could this be done by editing as well as using the tools provided or would an SDK be needed.
