When do the lockups occur? This happens to me all the time during network operations; that is, when I am joining or leaving a game or chatroom. It never happens during singleplayer games. I just sit and wait, and within a minute (usually within fifteen seconds) things get moving again.

This may not be your problem though.

It happens online and offline. Always in the middle of a game. Always multiplayer games even offline vs AI

This is the only game I have that does this. All my other games seem to run fine.
