B&W = Poor !!!! I've just played B&W (ISO version) and it sucks like never ! Ok, cool graphic but that's all the gameplay suck and it's boring. Don't loose your money. P.S. Sorry maybe I'm little bit too evil, but this game has been so waiting and it's like a normal game with a new gameplay ! |

Just for your information buddy, there's been a very big rumor going around about all the stolen copies of Black & White having a IP logging feature for anyone who has illegaly obtained the game. But I don't care about that right now I need to get Patch 3. Just a little thing, if you DO have the pirated version Lionhead DOES know about your comoputer and your IP address. Right now they have gathered many IP's and are doing something with them. Sucks for you dude, that is if ISO=warez. ------------------ DK-Neo2K |
First guys ! I want to say that this is my opinion. I hope you will try the game and love it. This is a great game but it's not so amazing ! Second ISO it's like a warez version with no rip ! Third. Hey guys they don't have my IP. I'm not stupid I have change the registry settings. HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Lionhead studios ltd/Black & White/BWsetup --> the ip there can be changed to 127.0.0.1 (local address) and everything is fine. Don't think I'm bitching this game. I just want to say that this game has been so granted and I personnaly think that it's not so fun like they said ! Thanks for your comprehension ! |

Not to bash Sac, but B&W is doing VERY well on the sites, plus they have arguements stating why they think it's so good. I'd wait a little to dismiss the game instead of listening to someone who just says the game is stupid. |

My copy of B&W is just shipping now (thank you EA!). I have a feeling that I will love this game, much like I loved Populous for the Amiga. And I'm sorry, but if you don't buy the game, you don't get to criticize it. I think I'll wait until I've read enough reviews and maybe played a demo before I buy it, but I probably will. But for now, on to PATCH 3!!!!!! B&W got a real poor rating ( oh well, 84% but whatīs that for this "great and so hardly awaited" game ... ) and was compared and lost to settlers 4 by bluebyte. Itīs like a poor wisim with a nice tamagotchi effect thatīs all. Spyer, just because you don't like the game for some wierd, bizarre reason, doesn't mean NOBODY should get it. Every website I have gone to has given it a great rating (Including IGN PC which are VERY picky with games and usually give crap ratings, they gave 9.7 out of 10, and ive never seen them give that high for a game before..), and I'd rather listen to them then you lol http://www.veforums.com/biggrin.gif And Shadowdwarf I suggest you try the game for yourself, because just because some guy in a forum says its no good, doesnt mean it is... Anyone who was stupid enough to get a hacked version of B&W (because they'll won't be able to use multiplayer, and don't think your clever clever IP tricks will help you) can't be trusted to give a good opinion on a game, IMO. http://www.veforums.com/tongue.gif Anyway, my copy's pre-ordered, so it doesn't matter to me.
