B&W got a real poor rating ( oh well, 84% but whatīs that for this "great and so hardly awaited" game ... ) and was compared and lost to settlers 4 by bluebyte.
Itīs like a poor wisim with a nice tamagotchi effect thatīs all. Itīs nice at the beginning but getīs boring very fast when you get to know the game.

Spyer, just because you don't like the game for some wierd, bizarre reason, doesn't mean NOBODY should get it. Every website I have gone to has given it a great rating (Including IGN PC which are VERY picky with games and usually give crap ratings, they gave 9.7 out of 10, and ive never seen them give that high for a game before..), and I'd rather listen to them then you lol
And Shadowdwarf I suggest you try the game for yourself, because just because some guy in a forum says its no good, doesnt mean it is... Wait for a demo..
Yeah and I don't think that posting about illegal software in a forum where people that work for a game company moderate, because you may just end up gettin in deep sheet
Oh well... I'll still play this game like nutz even when I get B&W, cause they are both very cool.

Anyway, the reviews I've been seeing so far have been good to excellent; that's good enough for me, besides, EA's got my money now

Anyone who was stupid enough to get a hacked version of B&W (because they'll won't be able to use multiplayer, and don't think your clever clever IP tricks will help you) can't be trusted to give a good opinion on a game, IMO.
Anyway, my copy's pre-ordered, so it doesn't matter to me. Unforunately, the release date in the UK is the 6th April according to Special Reserve... *sassenrassenfrassen*... oh well, it allows me to complete my holiday homework so that I can devote all my time to B&W when it arrives

I think this game can be quite boring for Action players. You are probably an action player, like shooters, etc. You gotta have lots of patience with this game.
You won't be the only one with this opinion, action players who are looking forward to this game, only because of the hype, will be disappointed, because they will miss the action.

Duh. You ever think that people download pirated games just to get their fix until the real thing comes out? I did last night just to be able to play it one night earlier than it comes out in stores. I guess that means I'm not bright enough to be able to judge a good game.

From the first day that I read about B&W in the much respected danish pc-magazine PC player, ... something happened inside me.
And now that I have seen my trusty PC player give B&W 10\10, and actually READ about why they gave it that (PC player has only given away three 10\10's so far for... what, 10 or so years?!) I've got the blues. Because it ISN'T OUT YET!
ARGH, I'M GONNA SHOOT SOMEBODY!
(Oh, and by the way: I think you have got a good point there Idolator. Quake-FreeKs are probably not going to like this game. You know why? IT ISN'T A FPS! Duh.
They, on the other hand, may like the upcoming Halo, or maybe Planetside (MMOPWFPS)... So they should talk about what they like instead of shooting down the games they don't with their rocket launchers...
