Yeah, Spyer, go away. If you're going to criticize a game, get it legally. Also, I usually don't always trust one lone opinion on a forum when everyone else thinks something is so great. I think I'll wait until I've read enough reviews and maybe played a demo before I buy it, but I probably will. But for now, on to PATCH 3!!!!!!

The light at the end of the tunnel has been shut down due to budget cuts.
Anyway, yesterday I was about to download a rip of BW, but it was too slow download. I only did so because I was so ****ing mad at EA for releasing it in the US b4 releasing it in Europe. I mean, Lionhead is from the UK, so why release it in the other side of the world first? And then I've allready preordered the damned thing so it was like a demo for me. Not like I was d/l it instead of buying it. And that's what most people do...
The gory details: first, B&W took a brief trip over to Daily Radar and quickly whipped up on those boys with a Direct Hit, the Radar's highest award, with the author commenting it was probably the best game he'd play all year.
Then, after cinching its' handwraps a little tighter, B&W hop-skipped over to ign.pc.com (you know, those guys that tortured us with dozens of Days & Weeks of Black & White) and pulled a switch-kick roundhouse off it's left lead, scoring a 9.7.
For comparison, both Alpha Centauri and Half-Life recieved 9.5's from the same website, and Unreal Tournament recieved a 9.6. This makes B&W's score the highest IGN.PC has ever awarded any game.
