Default Patch 3 Bug Report 1

When I turn the image freeze about 1 sec. at each 2 sec. I got a low FPS. I have try with and without the transform and lighting and both I got low FPS. Here'S my DXDialog

spyer: upgrade your drivers. Check the 618/631 drivers for your Geforce. It could be that your current drivers doesn't support the things [bumpmapping, etc] added in patch 3.
